The Long Frink is conceived as a warm and comforting coat that will protect against the wind and cold – elegantly.

The accommodating design of the coat enables the wearer to pile on jumpers and still move and wave their arms around when wearing it.

The coat has a pocket in each side seam and generous full length sleeves with deep cuffs. Tucks at the front and back create an unusual and eye-catching shape. We can add either a two-way zip if that is your preference, hidden inside hooks or something more dramatic outside.

You can opt to have the Long Frink cut to a longer or shorter length, and its sleeves lengthened or shortened.

You can choose to have a contrasting inside facing (as standard the fabric on the inside of the neck will match your outer).

A lining and trim combination are suggested for each fabric.

The size table below shows the measurements of the Quilted Frink in both inches and centimetres. The graphic and accompanying table show the points at which the measurements have been taken.
In selecting your size please remember that these are the garment measurements – your own measurements will be smaller than those shown on the chart – ie a size 8 might typically have a bust measurement of 83cm, fitting a coat with a bust of 91cm.

When selecting your size, please pay extra special attention to the fact that the Quilted Frink has four layers - the outer fabric that you see in the shots, a layer of wool wadding, a light calico which it is backed to ... and finally a cotton lining. It is a warm coat, but do think what you might want to wear underneath it and remember that while we can take coats in, we cannot let them out.
