The Brett Coat in Silk Matka
 
The Brett coat has a box pleats at the shoulders and generous bell cuff sleeves.
 
A gentle A-line body shape gives a magnificent swing. Hugely wearable, the Brett is particularly flattering on fuller-figured Column, Apple and Pear shapes.
 
The Brett has two slanted pockets to the front, generous shorter length sleeves and is designed to fall to mid-low calf length.
 
The Brett is designed to be worn open. The two front panels should meet, but not overlap.
 
Collars
 
The Brett can be ordered with a simple round neck, a Mandarin Collar or a Nehru Collar.
 
Fabric
 
Silk Matka is a wonderful linen-like pure silk fabric, extremely well-suited to summer and eveningwear. It scarcely creases, wears like a feather and is hugely versatile, dressing up smartly for weddings as well as it dresses down for the day-to-day. We have suggested a lining and trim to match each colourway. You are free to chose others from our house selection. If you would like to plump for an alternative, please note this at checkout, specifying which you would prefer.
 
Shipment
 
If we are making to a standard size with bespoke adjustments, we aim to ship within 14 days. If you need yours more urgently, drop us an email and we will do our best!
