The Burlison Coat in Blue Herringbone Lambswool Tweed
 
The Burlison coat in a soft-as-you-like blue herringbone tweed.  Fantastically flattering and easy to wear. It is designed to fall to the calf, has roomy bracelet length sleeves, subtle pleats at the shoulders and a generous swing.
 
Generous at the bust area, this coat is specifically cut so that the better endowed don't need to leap up in size to accommodate their bosoms.
 
Two small seams accentuate a flattering waisted shape at the back, while jetted pockets sit at a subtly slanted angle at the front.
 
The design can be worn open or closed and the fabric is a lighter-weight tweed.
 
When closed, the two front panels of the coat should be able to meet without either straining at the rear or overlapping at the front; they can be held together to keep the coat closed with any of our closures.
 
Body Type
 
The Burlison works is particularly well-suited to the more curvaceous and those with more generous busts.
 
Lining
 
The coat is lined in Pewter Silk and trimmedin Dark Navy satin bias.
 
Shipment
 
We aim to ship stock sale coats on a next day basis using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
 
We ship our samples out with a ribbon threaded through the right arm, looped through the collar and joined at the front with a wax seal.
 
Please try on your house stock coat and make sure you are happy with it before breaking the seal, cutting or trying to remove the ribbon. Once the ribbon is cut or the seal is broken, we cannot accept the coat's return.
 
Returns
 
Any coat that is returned must have its ribbon and seal intact, be unworn and unwashed, and have all protective materials in place.​ The coat must be returned using the same Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
