The Delany Coat in Emerald Green Wool Bouclé
 
The Delany in a wonderfully warm and elegant emerald green wool bouclé in a size 10. A wonderful springy wool from Linton Tweeds in Carlisle. 
 
This is a warmer-weight fabric with a wonderful handle and sufficient natural hold to gently maintain the A-Line body shape, the collar and the bell sleeves without exaggeration. An additional bonus – it is wonderfully creaseless!
 
The coat has a box pleats at the shoulders, bell cuff sleeves and a Mandarin collar .
 
The Delany style has a gentle A-line body shape with a magnificent swing.
 
The Delany has two slanted pockets to the front. This winter version has generously wide full length sleeves and is designed to fall to mid-low calf length.
 
The Delany is designed to be worn open. The two front panels should meet, but not overlap.
 
Body Shape
 
Hugely wearable, this style is particularly flattering on the smaller-busted Column, Apple and Pear shapes. For those with curvier figures, we recommend the Brett coat which we offer in the same fabric.
 
Linings
 
The coat is lined in Jade silk with an Old Gold satin trim.
