The John Coat in Dark Navy Bouclé
 
The John is one of the easiest of our coats. Finely executed simplicity, it is incredibly wearable and superbly comfortable. 
 
A trapeze-shaped coat, the John is designed to fall somewhere around the mid thigh, according to taste. It has generous sleeves, a neat box pleat at the shoulders, pockets hidden quietly in the side seams and a generous swing.

The style is designed to be worn easily and open.
 
The John has bracelet-length sleeves and a simple round collar as standard. Using the menu, you can select full-length sleeves and or a mandarin collar, should you prefer these.
 
Available here in a truly special bouclé from Linton Tweeds in Carlisle that will work day and night. This wonderful coat is lined in a dark navy silk and trimmed with an old gold satin bias.
 
This fabric is supple and midweight, but moves wonderfully and is practically creaseless. The coat is available to order in our full size range. 
 
Body Type
 
Flattering for all shapes and sizes, the John can be lengthened or shortened. Sleeve lengths can be lengthened or shortened according to taste.
