Fitting Toile
A toile in the size and style of your choice, along with your selected fabric swatches.
The toile is made up in the traditional calico used for fittings and we recommend that you book in a call with us while you have it in case of any doubts on the ultimate size and fit.
If you find the first toile doesn't fit, send it back and we will send you out another in the size and style of your (next) choice.
You have five days to try on the calico toile before returning it to us using the Royal Mail shipping label provided.

You have five days to try on the calico toile before returning it to us using the Royal Mail shipping label provided.
The Royal Mail return postage label will expire if you fail to return the toile within the specified time-frame. In such an event you will need to re-purchase the postage, using the same next-day signed-for service.
We kindly request you return any unwanted swatches with your toile.
We have one toile in each size and style and it may be possible that your chosen toile is out with a customer. We will advise you on receipt of your order if yours is out and if so when you might expect to receive it.
We kindly ask that you be kind to the toile, keep it clean and repack it in the tissue paper and box provided. We also kindly request that you return it within the period specified in order not to keep other customers waiting.
If you find you don't wish to place an order, don't worry. We will refund you the fee minus postage costs on the return of your toile.
