We ship our coats out with a ribbon threaded through the right arm, looped through the collar and joined at the front with a wax seal.

 

Please try on your coat and make sure you are happy with it before breaking the seal, cutting or trying to remove the ribbon. Once the ribbon is cut or the seal is broken, we cannot accept the coat's return.

 

Any coat that is returned must have its ribbon and seal intact, be unworn and unwashed, and have all protective materials in place.​
